Georgia Cancer Center for Excellence Grady

The Georgia Cancer Center for Excellence (GCCE) at Grady was established by the Georgia Cancer Coalition as part of an initiative to build a statewide network of people and organizations to provide exceptional cancer treatment for all Georgians. Funded by the tobacco settlement, the $28 million dollar state of the art facility provides highly attentive care to cancer patients and their families. The facility also houses the $3.3 million Avon Breast Health Center.

Team Draft is working with institutions like as Grady as well as other National Cancer Institute’s along the across the country. Team Draft will have an extensive tour of their faculties and laboratory’s, and also will spend time discussing how to eradicate the stigmas that adversely impact lung cancer research funding, one of the primary goals of Team Draft’s campaign.
