Kellye has 15 years of experience managing and directing marketing and business development programs for various companies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions.  She is a Senior Proposal Manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff, an international engineering firm specializing in transportation and planning. 

Extensively involved in community outreach programs, Kellye has coordinated the efforts of approximately 800 volunteers in over 40 community service initiatives.  Currently, she is National President of the Clemson Black Alumni Council where she oversees black alumni programs and activities for the university.  Other Executive Board experience includes the Clemson University Board of Visitors, Atlanta Clemson Club, Clemson Women's Council Advisory Board, National Black MBA Association - Atlanta Chapter, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. - East Point/College Park Alumnae Chapter.

A 1990 graduate of Clemson, Kellye also holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.  She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
