Military Appreciation

About Military Appreciation

Thanking Those Who Serve America. We Salute You!

"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." -John F. Kennedy

The Chris Draft Family Foundation (CDFF) created the Military Appreciation initiative as an effort to provide support and assist organizations in encouraging and providing services and recognition to service men and women and their families during and after their service.

The initiative is dedicated to the sacrifices made by the American military and their families. CDFF shares our appreciation for courageous service men and women and their role in defending our nation’s freedom, in times of peace and especially in times of war.

In conjunction with various NFL teams and fellow NFL players, as well as local community organizations, the CDFF facilitates visits to military bases and hospitals, arranging visits and tours.

In an effort to give fellow NFL players a view into the experiences of our military, the foundation arranges special demonstrations that put civilian NFL players literally into the actual gear worn in combat, and offers a hands-on and unique perspective into daily life on a military base.

Special football clinics are organized to engage military kids in recognition and support of their personal family is sacrifice for the cause of protecting America.

CDFF also maintains several strategic partnerships throughout the country, including working with Scott Air Force Base in St. Louis, Mo., and the Disabled American Veterans, and will continue to extend the reach of the initiative across the country through partnerships such as these.
