Kadar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in June 1998. He was recruited by and started for the Late Coach Bill Walsh then finished his career under Coach Tyrone Willingham (94-97).  Following graduation, he spent 2 years in the NFL and NFLE with the New England, St. Louis and the Barcelona Dragons. After his NFL playing career, Hamilton became a Combine and Regional Scout for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Then, in February of 2008, he accepted an offer to work within Raytheon's IT/Engineering Organization in Tucson Arizona.

The oldest son of Paula Hamilton and Ray “Sugar Bear” Hamilton (Player - New England Patriots 73-82, Coach - Patriots, Buccaneers, U of Tennessee, Raiders, Jets, Browns, Jaguars, and Falcons 85-13), Hamilton grew up around sports, mentors and leaders in the community. As an adult, he has served in a number of different volunteer organizations.

In addition to the Chris Draft Family Foundation / Team Draft, Kadar currently serves as a deacon at Holy Cross Church Tucson which includes Hospitality Lead; he serves on the FCA Tucson Board, is an Indoor/Outdoor Referee (AYSO, USSF, USI), a little league baseball manager (Oro Valley Little League), youth basketball and soccer coach (Pusch Ridge Christian Academy). Hamilton also volunteers his time as a mentor, tutor and public speaker at local elementary, junior and high schools. Formerly, he was a youth group leader at MyChurchAZ and also the Treasurer, and sat on the Board of Directors for the Wesleyan Church Southwest Region. He was a manager/coach at FC Sonora Club Soccer, and started and ran Tucson’s first chapter of All Pro Dad, was a manager/coach/board member at Copper Hills Little League in Sahuarita. Most recently, he fulfilled four years at Pima County Junior Soccer Leagues as the Vice President of Competition and stepped down to serve in his newest role, a Deacon.

Kadar is a Master Mason and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. When’s he’s not serving the community, Hamilton enjoys fantasy football, intense gym workouts, and spending time with his wife, Jenée, and their three sons.
